How to I turn my homebased business in to a party plan business?

I have asked by several people if I would consider do any home partys with my business. I have several customers and friends willing to become consultants for my business. They are just waiting for a go ahead from me. I have people want to have parties. So getting it off the ground would be simple if I knew how to do it. Help. I have a web business,I do scrapbook convenitons with my custom products how do I take this to the next level? Kind of like how Creative Memories does. I am at a total loss. Any books I can read of ideas from someone that has taken this step.
