I have spent so much money on this so far, so I came up with the idea to scrapbook for a wedding gift. I know that it won’t be cheap, but it will be thoughtful and better than a store bought gift. My dilemma is that I want some pictures of them each from childhood, dating, and then everything having to do with the wedding, meaning that it won’t be ready until probably a few weeks after the actual ceremony. I don’t want her to know that I’m making her a scrapbook, so what do I do on the actual wedding day, other then give her a sweet Congrats card?
Should I give her a nice, sentimental card and say that her gift is “in the works”?
I know for a fact I won’t be done with it for a while after…

I’d like to send pages of a scrap book to friends and family for my friends wedding/bridal shower. I’ve heard that there’s a cute “request” poem to send people along with the page (so that they know what to do). Can someone share this…PLEASE

Where can I get a thick wedding album?

My wife is working on our wedding scrapbook and has one that holds 12″ x 12″ pages. With the embellishments she’s putting on the pages, they’re proving to be pretty thick. She did 24 pages in the 12 sleeves, but has at least another 24 pages to go (if not 36), and although the album she got has an expansion kit (12 more pages) the wedding album is very thin and already almost doesn’t close. She’s afraid if she adds more pages it certainly wont close.

Does anyone know where she can buy a thicker album that supports the 12″ x 12″ pages? Thanks, and any ideas would be appreciated.
